4. The UOW Liberal Club calls on the Federal Government to provide funding to Australian universities and TAFE colleges for programs that encourage entrepreneurship and business training.

5. With consideration to the Internet being largely graphical and bandwidth intensive, the UOW Liberal Club calls on UOW to review the current Internet quota for students for the purpose of:
a) Determining what a fair Internet quota for students is, with the intention of increasing it from its current level.
b) Increasing the frequency of quota expiration from a per session basis to a daily or weekly basis, as currently students can exceed their quota in a day if they have their laptops set to automatically download updates, with the end result being that the student is excluded from using the Internet for the rest of the academic session.
c) Allowing students to purchase Internet access beyond their set quota, as is standard practice at other major Universities.
d) Acquiring a Windows Update / WSUS Server, so that students can update their systems without using up their Internet quota.
6. The University of Wollongong Liberal Club congratulates former WUSA President Ben Coughlin for successfully lobbying for funds to upgrade North Wollongong Train station

7. The University of Wollongong Liberal Club condemn Shoalhaven City Council for voting to publicise the personal details of objectors or supporters of development on the Council internet site. Further the University of Wollongong Liberal Club calls on:
a) The State Government to tighten clauses 56 and 57 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act to prevent Councils from publishing the details of persons expressing a view about Council decisions or process such as development applications
b) Calls on the Privacy Commissioner of New South Wales to investigate Shoalhaven City Council for potential breaches of the Personal Information and Privacy Protection Act
c) Call on the Minister for Local Government to amend the NSW Local Government Act to prevent Councils from publishing the details of residents who make statements to Council on such things as Development Applications
