1. That the University of Wollongong Liberal Club calls for stronger safeguards in providing credit in low documentation loan scenarios.

2. UOWLC Calls on the Liberal Party to adopt as policy law amendments that will allow private operators to provide student loans on the same basis as HECS/HELP loans. I.e. allowing for repayments to be taken out of future income, and allowing such loans to endure beyond any bankruptcy.
